Long include LED TV with Tata Sky all channel. have Garden Hare. outside restaurant for breakfast lunch dinner. You can rental car Scorpio in hotel. Very good and helpful driver are there must visit hotel in Lonavala.. Hotel room are good they need very basic maintaince like light is non functional in balcony your intercoms phone in the room is non functional either repair it and restore or remove it out the door bell is not working please restore or remove it. Please see what things are working and not working and what is required or not let the management take a call. What things are required ensure they are in working condition. The newly made rooms which the hotel has made they are too small in size and bathroom size is too small and nobody can pay the high rate of the room. Please maintain the old room in a proper way and do regular maintaince I had a bad experience I was seeking basic information from the receptionist about sight seeing and other things the owner is speaking in middle of the talk / conversation which I don't like and this should not be done when customer is tal pleas the owner should not speak in the middle when customer is talking to receptionist or hotel staff. The front office receptionist is good cooperative and helpfulul like shivaji, Vikas, shivam , suraj ~ Himanshu S

The rooms were clean , very comfortable and the staff was amazing specially manager shivaji and suraj they both were very kind to us and all staff as well. Gave me a very good time. Enjoyed the views, awesome weather and the calmness of Lonavala. One expects no disturbance once you’re into the room tired of the sight seeing and that is what I like so much about the hotel. Went here in 2014 but still remember the calmness. The staff was not very helpful though back then. Hope they changed their attitudes or the staff. But try living at least one night. ~ Ankit S

Very good property near market specially for family, it’s in main market, from hotel every location is close to visit, from station hardly it will take 3mins walking distance. Awesome rooms with very good price You can get bathtub also in rooms I paid 1600 Just don't trust any auto guys they randomly charge any amount for auto fare this hotel is beside lonavala bus stop you can travel by bus if you want to save your money ~ Amith S

Hotel is centrally located to Lonavala. It is easy to access most of the places on foot. Staff was cooperative. Rooms are not the best but fair for the prices they are available at. Pool was not maintained well. 7/10 experience. ~ Harshal P
